REPOSICALZATURE.COM ships all over Europe.

Shipments are made through the following couriers: DHL and GLS.

Shipping costs vary according to the destination country and are free above the thresholds indicated in the table.


Duties and Taxes

In the countries indicated in the table with “Duties and taxes included”, the customer will not be required to pay any customs clearance costs or additional charges at delivery. Any duties or taxes are already included in the final price.

For shipments to China only, a broker may be required to clear the shipment. These related costs are beyond our control and will be borne by the customer.

In the countries indicated in the table with “Duties and taxes not included”, customs costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated by the courier at the time of delivery. The price shown for each item does not include VAT.

Alternatively, you may choose the option “I will use an express courier of my choice” and send the return to the following address at your expense:

In this case, REPOSICALZATURE.COM declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, or delays in the delivery of the return.


Order Delivery Information

  • Orders cannot be shipped to a country different from the one indicated in the billing address.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, personal mailboxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

Possible Delays

We are committed to respecting delivery deadlines. However, during sales or promotional periods, high order volumes may cause delays in processing.

Couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Package Issues

If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect or missing address or phone number, the package may be returned to REPOSICALZATURE.COM at your expense. Any costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Failure / Tampered Package

If the package appears tampered with, we recommend that you:

  • Accept the package “with reserve” (this is your right), or
  • Refuse the package

If this happens, contact us as soon as possible. We will need the necessary information to report the issue to the courier.
